White Star’s discharge manifolds are single piece alloy steel forged then machined for maximum strength and life. The fluid end modules are in one or two-piece configurations, using quenched and tempered forged steel material. White Star’s Pulsation dampener, rated at 5,000 psi, is made from forged alloy steel.

Separate replaceable suction and discharge modules c/w replaceable wear ring for extended module life.

Each dampener is hydrostatically tested to 10,000 psi before shipment. White Star’s dampeners are completely field-serviceable, and their bladders are interchangeable with leading brands. A standard replaceable bottom plate helps reduce maintenance costs when pumping abrasive or corrosive fluids. The top flange permits replacing the urethane or Buna-N (nitrile) diaphragm bladder without removing the unit from the pump.
